Articles of Incorporation from Inception in Illinois in 1967 and as subsequently amended
The National Association of Railroad Passengers, DBA the Rail Passengers Association, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Dues and contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Directors and Representatives
NARP dba Rail Passengers Association is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, which is elected by the all-volunteer Council of Representatives, our national advisory body elected by the general membership by state.
Board of Director Governance Policies
The National Association of Railroad Passengers dba Rail Passengers Association (and/or any subsidiaries) shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
