Rail Passengers Association wants to support students in their education and is offering YOU (or a student you nominate) the chance to win a $10,000 prize to help you pay for your higher education during the 2018-2019 school year. The winning student must be enrolled in a US accredited college or graduate program for the 2018-2019 school year.
