Meeting Agenda:
- Election of Officers for 2018-19: Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Director at Large, Newsletter Editor, East Bay Coordinator, West Bay Coordinator and Providence Coordinator. (Plus any other positions created at the meeting).
- A report by the Chair of the meeting on July 20, 2018 with the Governor’s Office, RIDOT and other agencies concerning Providence to Boston rail passenger service.
- Update on Amtrak Appropriations and other Amtrak News.
- Updates on any other rail project in Rhode Island.
The Newport Public Library is on Spring Street, which is one way going north with some limited parking on the street. There a parking lot behind the building.
While we have the room to 8:15 PM we hope to finish earlier than this.
The meeting is open to all interested parties and there is no admission charge to attend.
