Overview
Keep RPA’s daily operations running smoothly by coordinating office systems, supplies,
and basic logistics for staff and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and simple procurement; track inventory and reorder
cycles.
- Maintain digital and paper records; support document retention and version control.
- Coordinate mailings, meeting logistics, and small events or trainings.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and liaison with IT/Facilities vendors as needed.
- Support volunteer intake coordination (e.g., scheduling, file setup).
Qualifications
- Experience in office administration or executive assistance not required, but a plus.
- Highly organized, discreet, and service‑oriented; strong follow‑through.
- Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; basic tech troubleshooting.
Time Commitment
~8–10 hours/week, in steady cadence; can be split between two volunteers.
